Lead the delivery team responsible for implementing mission-critical airline operations products.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and manage a team of technical and business consultants, driving high performance and accountability.
  • Conduct project reviews, providing strategic guidance to ensure on-time, on-budget solution deployment.
  • Define and standardize best practices, methodologies, and tools for product implementation across engagements.
  • Manage client expectations, articulate value, and negotiate project scope changes with stakeholders.
  • Manage budget forecasting, utilization tracking, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Product Delivery.
  • 3+ years in a management role overseeing delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of airline operations, specifically Crew Management, Flight Planning, or Operational Control Systems.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software implementations (ideally $1M+).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing technical teams.
  • Practical knowledge of Crew operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in a related technical or business field.
  • Prior hands-on experience implementing enterprise software from vendors like CAE, Sabre, or Jeppessen.
