Description

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable test automation frameworks and tools.
• Manage cloud infrastructure for test execution across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines alongside the DevOps team.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Software and Infrastructure Engineers.
• Define and track KPIs for automation infrastructure health and adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software or infrastructure engineering focused on tooling and automation platforms.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role managing engineers.
• Expert experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from inception.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Deep expertise with test frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Strong experience managing infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong system design skills with a data-driven approach.
