Description

You will act as an individual contributor within the Global Supply Chain Data Science and Analytics team, focusing on data exploration, quantitative methodology, and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global supply chain functions including Network Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, Logistics, and Distribution to deliver analytics.
• Identify new use cases for applied data science and machine learning by exploring datasets and designing prototype models.
• Translate business problems into analytical questions and hypotheses using statistical methods.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling to provide insights and recommendations across the supply chain portfolio.
• Build functional apps, interactive dashboards, and data wrangling workflows designed for business consumption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, consulting, or life sciences.
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and modeling using Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn), R, or SAS.
• Strong SQL skills for complex querying, analysis, and performance optimization.
• Experience building interactive data visualizations using Plotly Dash, QuickSight, or Tableau.
• Experience sourcing, merging, and cleansing datasets using Databricks, AWS Glue, Alteryx, or Python.
• Experience working on AWS cloud platforms including S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue, and SageMaker.
• Practical experience with GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, and Jira.
• Foundational understanding of data warehousing, design, modeling, and data engineering.
• Experience working with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of UX design principles, product management, and agile methodology.
