Description

Lead BI teams to ensure long-term stability and high performance across analytics initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing strategy, workforce planning, and career development for team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and deliver structured feedback based on stakeholder input.
• Partner with HR to attract, assess, and acquire top BI talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to job family standards and organizational policies across teams.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in BI, analytics, or technical leadership.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Expert understanding of database concepts, including Partitioning, Pruning, Clustering, and Performance optimization.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience participating in the complete software development lifecycle (Planning through Maintenance).
• Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing applications.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Power Bi and Identity Management.
• Capability to occasionally work with C# for specific project needs.
