Lead a team of analysts to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and experimentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior product leaders to define KPIs and targets that align with strategic objectives.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytical frameworks and experiments, including A/B testing.
• Own the analytical roadmap, ensuring insights directly influence business outcomes and strategic planning.
• Manage and develop a team of 3-6 analysts, providing mentorship in technical best practices and stakeholder management.
• Act as a hands-on manager-doer, contributing directly to analytical projects and technical execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics at a managerial level.
• Expert SQL skills for complex data manipulation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sisense.
• Proficiency with KPIs and Python for data analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data architecture best practices.
• Ability to simplify quantitative data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning and roadmap development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and statistical analysis.
• Data wrangling using Python and R.
