Description

Lead cybersecurity engagements and technical teams within OT and ICS environments. You will act as the subject matter expert for client meetings, developing technical concepts and methodologies to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and serve as the primary cybersecurity subject matter expert.
• Develop technical concepts, solutions, and methodologies to achieve project goals.
• Manage project teams including security architects, consultants, and analysts.
• Support business development through client discussions and proposal writing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing, designing, implementing, or supporting security solutions.
• Deep understanding of OT-ICS or IoT domains.
• Technical knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC, and RTU assets and communication protocols.
• Expertise in OT-ICS network architectures, segmentation, and defense in depth.
• Ability to produce professional reports, analyses, and methodologies in English.
• Full professional proficiency in the English language.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in industrial automation or security, specifically ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, or GIAC.
• Background in industrial automation or engineering.
