Description

Lead technical data programs and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale data processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for enterprise data programs.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable data solutions, including ETL architectures and data modeling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and scientists to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Implement data standards and procedures to ensure integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage database performance, reliability, and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading data programs.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, including Snowpark, Snowpipe, SnowSQL, data lakehouse, and data masking.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience with ETL/ELT processes and data migration.
• Expertise in SQL for writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in Python using libraries such as Pandas, SQLAlchemy, and Snowpark.
• Experience handling diverse file formats including JSON, CSV, and XML.
• Experience managing classified data, including PII and PHI.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• US citizenship or permanent residency; must be eligible for Government Clearance.
