You will lead data science teams and deliver machine learning solutions for complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage small teams of data scientists across analytics and applied machine learning engagements.
• Own the end-to-end data science and ML lifecycle, from problem framing and data preparation to experimentation and model evaluation.
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning solutions using Python and SQL on large, complex datasets.
• Guide technical design decisions while remaining hands-on with modeling, feature engineering, and performance tuning.
• Partner with US-based stakeholders to deliver solutions with clear business impact.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for analytics and machine learning.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with classical ML and applied ML delivery.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch.
• Strong background in end-to-end data science lifecycle ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
