Description

Lead the data science team to deliver machine learning solutions and actionable insights that drive business value. You will own the full model development lifecycle, from research and statistical analysis to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the data science team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to identify opportunities for machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Lead efforts to solve complex problems involving natural language processing and statistical analysis.
• Attract, hire, and develop data science talent while communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science roles with a proven track record of leading teams in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience managing the full model development lifecycle from research to deployment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Master's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
