Lead the data science team to deliver machine learning solutions and actionable insights that drive business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full model development lifecycle, from research and statistical analysis to deployment.
• Provide strategic direction to the data science team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to identify opportunities for machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Attract, hire, and develop data science talent while communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science roles with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience managing the full model development lifecycle from research to deployment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Natural language processing experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
