You will lead the Data Science team in developing machine learning models and data-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Science team by providing strategic direction and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to identify opportunities for machine learning application.
• Tackle complex problems ranging from predictive modeling to natural language processing.
• Translate complex technical concepts and data-driven insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proven experience leading data science teams in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization and architecting data models.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle of model development and deployment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
