Description

Lead data science initiatives by developing deployable analytical solutions and overseeing technical quality. You will assemble complex datasets, build predictive models, and evaluate the work of peer and junior data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models, risk assessments, fraud detection systems, and recommendation engines.
• Assemble and prepare complex datasets from standard and new data sources using data structures and algorithms.
• Package, summarize, and visualize analytical findings for management review.
• Evaluate the work of peer and junior data scientists to ensure high-quality technical solutions.
• Collaborate across multiple business domains to solve moderate complexity analytical problems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proven experience in the design and development of predictive models.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of data structures.
• Proficiency in analytics and algorithm development.
• Ability to incorporate new data sources into analytical solutions.
• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or Statistics.
• Cloud certification.
