Lead data science initiatives by developing deployable analytical solutions and overseeing technical quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models, risk assessments, fraud detection systems, and recommendation engines.
• Assemble and prepare complex datasets from standard and new sources using data structures and algorithms.
• Evaluate the work of peer and junior data scientists to ensure high-quality technical solutions.
• Package, summarize, and visualize analytical findings for management review.
• Cross multiple business domains to solve moderate complexity analytical problems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proven experience in the design and development of predictive models.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of data structures.
• Proficiency in analytics and algorithm development.
• Ability to incorporate new data sources into analytical solutions.
• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or Statistics.
• Cloud certification.
