Description

Manage HR and payroll operations for specific entities, overseeing projects, process improvements, and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for payroll and HR data management advisory within the regional group.
• Own end-to-end payroll activities for US and Canada, including employee data management and payroll accounting.
• Collaborate with IT, Global Mobility, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to manage demands and process changes.
• Implement material demand changes within the regional scope, including system testing.
• Ensure local and global compliance is maintained across all daily operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in payroll or HR management.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes for US and Canada.
• Experience in payroll accounting and employee data management.
• Proven ability to manage people and lead functional teams.
• Expertise in Payroll Services and Employee Support.
• Experience managing regional demand, pipeline assessment, and scheduling.
• Ability to report and present payroll and employee services performance metrics.
