You will lead and execute technical delivery across multiple worksstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of engineers and QA.
• Own delivery for multiple worksstreams across the QQ Catalyst platform.
• Lead architecture and design reviews for .NET Core, C#, and AWS-based systems.
• Modernize legacy components using microservices and modern frameworks.
• Run an efficient Agile/Scrum process, managing planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep, hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Strong grasp of AWS services, system design, and cost optimization.
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and hold software teams accountable.
• Experience leading through ambiguity and driving results in a product engineering setup.
• Solid understanding of architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Experience managing software teams in a product engineering setup.
