Description

Lead the India-based DevOps engineering team to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of secure infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day DevOps operations to ensure system uptime and quality.
• Implement continuous improvements and automation to create self-healing environments and minimize manual intervention.
• Perform root cause analysis and application performance tuning to prevent problem recurrence.
• Lead architecture and design reviews to provide actionable improvements to development teams.
• Execute capacity planning and present technical recommendations to leadership and architects.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of total experience with 5+ years focused on AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies including EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proficiency with AWS Core Platform services including Compute, Storage, and Networking.
• Experience managing SQL and AWS Relational Databases such as RDS and Aurora.
• Expertise in Identity and Authentication including SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD, and AWS Cognito.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts to automate IT operations.
• Deep understanding of Azure DevOps pipelines, releases, and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience managing both Windows and Linux systems within AWS Public Cloud.
• Strong background in instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting for application availability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of dashboard configuration.
