Description

You will drive the adoption, optimization, and strategic integration of internal digital sales and service tools.

Responsibilities

• Compare internal digital tools against industry benchmarks to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with sales and service teams to gather feedback and resolve functional challenges.
• Execute promotional initiatives, training workshops, and engagement campaigns to increase tool utilization and adoption.
• Monitor usage metrics and user feedback to track effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements.
• Evaluate technology solutions from startups, FinTechs, and InsurTechs to solve specific business problem statements.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, product management, or managing internal digital tools.
• Experience within the Life Insurance or BFSI sector.
• Proven track record in system, app, platform development, or API integrations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track key performance metrics.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build use cases that address organizational problem statements.
• Advanced presentation and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience evaluating tech innovation from external vendors and startups.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or PGDBM qualification.
• Certifications in Innovation, Digitization, or Project Management.
