Description

Lead the Secure Access Client product team, owning development strategy, delivery, and technical execution for Windows kernel and networking components.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development lifecycle for the Secure Access Client, ensuring integration with Connect Secure, Policy Secure, and Zero Trust products.
• Define technical strategy, create detailed development plans, and manage resource allocation for product releases.
• Drive end-to-end project execution using Agile principles, including estimation, planning, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Manage talent through hiring, goal setting, and skill development for developers and quality engineers.
• Resolve technical obstacles and dependencies to maximize team productivity and code quality.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 1-2 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in the networking or security space.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and C# programming.
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SSL/TLS.
• Practical experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead technical discussions on architecture, design guidelines, and code reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Windows driver development.
