Description

You will lead the development of security products interfacing with Connect Secure, Policy Secure, and Zero Trust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of developers and quality engineers.
• Create detailed development plans, prioritize work assignments, and manage resource allocation.
• Drive talent hiring, skill development, and goal setting for your team.
• Identify and resolve technical obstacles and dependencies to maximize productivity.
• Triage, reproduce, and implement fixes for security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience targeting Linux/Unix applications.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with Perl and Python.
• Expertise in Linux system and middleware programming.
• Deep understanding of Linux OS internals, OS bring up, Secure Boot, Bootloader, and SELinux.
• Strong understanding of certificates and cryptography.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including DHCP, TCP/IP, AAA, RADIUS, LDAP, SNMP, 802.1X, and IPSec.
• 3-4 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in the Networking or Security space.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on the platform side for Enterprise Networking or Security Appliances.
• Background in Networking Security products such as SSL-VPN, NAC, WAF, or Firewall products.
