Description

You will lead and manage a team of Java developers, overseeing application development and support.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design, build, and deployment of scalable Java/Spring Boot solutions.
• Collaborate across teams, defining project scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing technical guidance.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot, including building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Microservice Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven project management and Agile development skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Familiarity with Kafka or Redis.
