Description

You will lead a team of Java developers, overseeing application design, build, and deployment while managing project scope, resources, and delivery timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design and development of scalable Java/Spring Boot solutions and RESTful APIs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enforce coding standards through code reviews and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Oversee application support and drive Agile development practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong background in Microservice Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven project management skills in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Familiarity with Kafka or Redis.
