Description

You will lead the identification, development, and integration of Generative AI use cases within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements across departments.
• Identify and implement ROI-driven Gen AI use cases by collaborating with business and development teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and integration into business processes.
• Conduct research on new data-driven technologies, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify innovation opportunities.
• Monitor AI performance using KPIs and ensure compliance with ethical and responsible AI practices.
• Manage project documentation and present progress updates to executive leadership, including the CEO Office.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience in AI project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including competitor and product feature analysis.
• Experience managing stakeholders across functions such as Analytics, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interacting with external vendors, Fintechs, or Insurtechs.
