Description

Lead the identification, development, and integration of Generative AI use cases for BFSI stakeholders. Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements across Analytics, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
• Identify and implement ROI-driven Gen AI use cases by collaborating with business and development teams.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into existing business processes.
• Monitor AI performance using KPIs and ensure compliance with ethical and responsible AI practices.
• Conduct research on data-driven technologies and competitor offerings to identify innovation opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience in AI project management with 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and executive presentations.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including competitor and product feature analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions and drive strategic thinking.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interacting with external vendors, Fintechs, or Insurtechs.
