Description

You will bridge the gap between Finance and the Digital and Data Team to align IT initiatives with supply chain strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects related to the supply chain to ensure timely delivery against business requirements.
• Maintain evergreen three-year technology roadmaps by identifying business technology needs and growth strategies.
• Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process to ensure alignment between business and IT initiatives.
• Prioritize demand for assigned business areas in collaboration with architecture teams and resource managers.
• Mitigate risks and dependencies within the portfolio while continuously assessing progress to ensure value delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing and supporting finance applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Smartsheets, SAC, IDQ, and MDG.
• Experience in a manufacturing supply chain department, preferably in biopharma or medical devices.
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams of professionals and communicate across various management levels.
• Expertise in data analysis to provide actionable insights for supply chain decision-making.
• Ability to navigate large IT departments and manage complex technical solutions.
• Experience in business process redesign and facilitating technology innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry.
• Deep understanding of Project Management principles.
