Description

You will lead compute and storage operations, managing technical infrastructure and personnel to ensure system availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day infrastructure and network incidents, tickets, and technical personnel.
• Establish standard operating procedures, policies, and checklists for routine system maintenance.
• Own the full IT lifecycle for assets, including hosts, virtual machines, patching, hardware, and security.
• Build and maintain end-to-end monitoring to optimize performance and automate recovery actions.
• Directly supervise employees and manage contractor resources to meet project and operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in production IT management or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing complex Active Directory environments.
• Proven track record of designing secure, hardened, and highly available infrastructure.
• Experience managing multi-tenant Azure and AWS implementations.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux server OS platforms.
• Detailed understanding of IP addressing and network technologies.
• Experience using network and system monitoring tools.
• Ability to manage budgets for asset refreshes, licensing, and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certifications.
• Public cloud certifications.
