Description

Lead IT project management and technical delivery for core system modules and mobility platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and effort estimation to final deployment and UAT coordination.
• Allocate tasks to Team Leads based on workload and skill sets, ensuring development, unit testing, and code reviews meet quality standards.
• Drive resolution of system issues by prioritizing tickets, maintaining trackers, and coordinating with Business Analysts and PMs.
• Provide technical architecture subject matter expertise for core system changes and support internal and IRDA audits.
• Lead team development through recruitment, performance evaluations, and technical knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in IT project management or technical leadership.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Java, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience managing complex software lifecycles, including BRD, test cases, and validation documentation.
• Proven ability to oversee development, unit testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong capability in stakeholder management, specifically with functional owners and business analysts.
• Experience in technical architecture discussions and system module selection.
• Ability to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality escalations.
