Lead a team of consultants and engineers to deliver cloud-based solutions and manage containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical consultants and engineers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to meet mission objectives.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud technology projects, managing resource allocation and task prioritization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud solutions.
• Manage technical projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee the management of Kubernetes environments to optimize performance and efficiency for containerized applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including significant time leading technical consultants or developers.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Java and large enterprise J2EE financial or complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong command of SQL and Python for data analytics.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and development processes for Java-based enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing teams that collaborate across multiple global time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience as a technical lead for third-party technology projects or commercial software.
• Knowledge of indirect tax applications, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
