Lead a team of engineers to deliver cloud-based solutions and manage Kubernetes containerized environments.

Lead and develop technical consultants, ensuring they possess the skills to meet mission objectives. Provide technical leadership for cloud projects, managing resource allocation and task prioritization. Act as a trusted advisor to clients to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud solutions. Manage technical projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Oversee Kubernetes environments to optimize performance and efficiency for containerized applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical consultants and engineers to ensure skill readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud technology projects and resource allocation.
• Design and optimize scalable cloud solutions for clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee Kubernetes environments for performance and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience leading technical consultants or developers.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Java and large enterprise J2EE financial solutions.
• Strong command of SQL and Python for data analytics.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Java-based enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing teams collaborating across global time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience as a technical lead for third-party technology projects.
• Knowledge of indirect tax applications, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
