Description

Lead the configuration, enhancement, and governance of the Reltio MDM system to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure Reltio Business Models, Survivorship rules, Match and Merge, Relationships, Graphs, Roles, and Tags.
• Develop ETL processes using JSON for Reltio consumption and transition to Reltio Data Loader.
• Maintain master data quality and monitor data counts across Dev, Test, and PRD environments.
• Collaborate with Data-Warehouse and Reporting teams to manage ETL for new sources and ensure dashboard accuracy.
• Establish Data Governance best practices and supporting structures.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of hands-on technical development experience in Master Data Management.
• At least 2 years of experience configuring or managing Reltio or similar MDM environments.
• Proficiency with JSON for ETL processes.
• Experience with Java and REST APIs for building custom utilities and LCA.
• Ability to create and manage MDM Publish for CRM and reporting system consumption.
• Expertise in creating and editing Survivorship rules and Match & Merge configurations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• Ability to work partial overlapping hours with US-based teams.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Reltio MDM.
• Understanding of CRM and Reporting concepts for Commercial Sales and Marketing processes.
