Description

You will lead the design department to ensure all visual output aligns with business objectives and brand personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the company's creative vision and design aesthetic.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Translate abstract business requirements into conceptual designs for brand collateral, digital assets, and UI/UX.
• Manage the design team by recruiting talent, setting growth paths, and assigning project workloads.
• Mentor team members on industry-standard design practices and high-impact visuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high design standards across all products and solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in design leadership roles.
• Expertise in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design.
• Proven ability to manage design team operations and activities.
• Experience shaping brand language and visual identity.
• Any Graduate degree.
