You manage the application development team and oversee the full system development lifecycle (SDLC) for projects, enhancements, and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage application development teams, enforcing software development best practices.
• Oversee the SDLC for all project, enhancement, and maintenance activities to ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate and improve system architecture, platforms, and processes for stability and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide Tier 2/3 support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports, including coaching and technical oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Java technology stacks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and databases.
• Experience with ETL tools, data marts, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Knowledge of AML and fraud detection applications.
