Description

You will lead full-stack development efforts to implement complex solutions, improve code maintainability, and deliver digital products for core research and data access.

Responsibilities

• Release functionality regularly within an Agile framework, coordinating with developers and QA.
• Ensure the team adheres to coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Partner with Software Architects and Product Management to define technical direction.
• Assist in employee performance evaluation, coaching, and goal setting.
• Implement unit and integration tests to support live applications.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• 3+ years experience with Angular 2, TypeScript, or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience debugging unfamiliar code and supporting global user bases.
• Proven ability to evaluate and improve technical skills of developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira, Git, and AWS.
• Working knowledge of large datasets, relational DBMS (PostgreSQL, MS SQL), and ETL tools.
