Description

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive bottom-line savings, top-line impact, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings, stakeholder benefits, and regulatory adherence.
• Identify process improvement needs with department leads and facilitate the execution of new workflows.
• Validate outcome benefits post-implementation and establish new operational standards.
• Conduct studies in cost, quality, productivity, and flows using root cause analysis and value stream mapping.
• Audit approved initiatives to ensure improvements in process efficiency, quality, and value.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Operations Excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis across the production chain.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation and implementation projects.
• B.Tech degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Benchmark external best practices and deploy new tools in collaboration with internal partners.
