Description

You will lead global end-to-end P2P processes and drive automation and digitalization efforts to meet business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own global P2P processes and Coupa technology implementation.
• Lead change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training material development.
• Diagnose and resolve complex process issues by recommending and implementing scalable solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics to proactively recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of procurement experience.
• Minimum 1 year of contract management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Expertise in NetSuite, Coupa, Ecovadis, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proven ability to manage change through system implementations and process redesign.
• Experience interacting with and influencing senior management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex issues to varied audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of procurement principles and relationship management.
• Expertise in strategic planning and business case development.
