Description

You will lead Enterprise Delivery Excellence initiatives, managing end-to-end maturity assessments, governance, and team operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead key initiatives using project management methodologies to ensure governance, control, and progress tracking.
• Manage the operations of the Enterprise Delivery Excellence function, ensuring all operational deliverables are published on time.
• Define, adapt, and implement project management processes, metrics, measurements, and reporting controls.
• Collaborate with service line leaders and engagement teams to ensure compliance with delivery excellence goals and KPIs.
• Direct and manage a team of direct and indirect reports, including assigning work and conducting performance assessments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in professional services or a related industry.
• Expertise in Project Management, Agile Methodology (Scrum), Change Management, and Design Thinking.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformations and strategic initiatives.
• Strong ability to define metrics and measurements based on industry trends for predictable delivery.
• Experience managing stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Advanced analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically for developing business narratives and presentations.
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct positional authority.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in engineering or management.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE II, Scrum, Organizational Change Management, or Facilitation.
• Experience with maturity models, process design, and building integrated delivery platforms.
