Description

Lead quality assurance efforts within cross-functional agile teams to ensure quality is integrated from requirements through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive QA strategies by identifying product hotspots and defining testing approaches across product areas.
• Build and maintain application-agnostic test automation frameworks for UI and API.
• Establish testing, simulation, and evaluation procedures to reduce regression time and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria and participate in requirements reviews.
• Mentor and coach QA developers in test case construction, manual execution, and automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product quality maintenance using manual and automation testing.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing with strong product exposure.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, OOPs, and writing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with WebDriverIO or similar automation tools.
• Experience with API testing and automation using Postman or relevant tools.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and Cloud Engineering (Azure/AWS) to manage test infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience performing manual and automated testing on mobile and other devices.
• Strong troubleshooting, deployment, and debugging skills.
• Working knowledge of the ERP domain.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools.
