Description

Lead business consulting projects and manage research workstreams to drive client insights. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute consulting projects including research, data interpretation, analysis, and report preparation.
• Manage mid-sized projects or specific modules of major consulting engagements independently.
• Lead, coordinate, and organize the work of junior analysts.
• Direct client communication and interact with C-level executives.
• Support leadership with marketing, business development, and proposal generation.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in market research and consulting projects.
• 4-5 years of experience delivering international consulting projects, including market entry and market opportunity assessment.
• Proven experience managing small teams of 2-3 members.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong capability in leading consulting engagements and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to handle market expansion strategy and new product development tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in people development and knowledge management.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with top consulting firms.
