Description

This role operates within the Risk Management Center of Excellence supporting the Global Customer Experience Team.

Responsibilities

• Support the issue management process and remediation activities.
• Implement controls and manage RCIMs (Risk & Control Issue Management).
• Support and embed a strong culture of risk management, compliance, and governance across the business.
• Support new working practices and processes to meet enterprise risk management policies.
• Partner with stakeholders across GCX Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Required Skills

• Practical experience managing or supporting Issue Management processes, RCMs, and/or Control Management within a product or technology organization.
• Experience with Governance / Risk Frameworks.
• Ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence stakeholders across global teams.
• Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience managing Operational Risk.
• Familiarity with Control Testing.
