Description

This role manages risk, compliance, and governance operations within the Risk Management Center of Excellence, supporting the Global Customer Experience Team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support the issue management process and remediation activities.
• Implement controls and manage Risk & Control Issue Management (RCIMs).
• Embed a strong culture of risk management, compliance, and governance across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders across GCX Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Support new working practices and processes to meet enterprise risk management policies.

Required Skills

• Practical experience managing or supporting Issue Management processes, RCMs, and/or Control Management within a product or technology organization.
• Experience with Governance and Risk Frameworks.
• Experience managing Operational Risk.
• Familiarity with Control Testing.
• Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence stakeholders across global teams.
