Description

Lead safety management operations and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance standards. This role oversees team performance, audits, and EHS protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and guide direct reports through objective setting and personal development planning.
• Recruit and manage technical talent to ensure team expertise meets current and future business needs.
• Ensure adverse event data is accurate, complete, and available for safety evaluation across all products.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and productivity metrics while collaborating with global functional leadership.
• Support global and site audits and inspections to maintain quality systems and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in safety management or related leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
• Practical knowledge of Fire Safety management.
• Experience managing personnel and executing succession planning.
• Ability to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance legal responsibilities and QP PV requirements.
• Proven track record in driving continuous process improvement and quality management.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and inspections.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification.
