Description

Lead the SAP environment and manage technical and functional teams within a complex ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP operations, including incident resolution, problem management, change management, and service level agreements.
• Plan and execute SAP projects by defining scope, budget, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Recommend SAP solutions that align with and enable business processes and requirements.
• Coordinate unit and integration testing across SAP Development and Quality Assurance environments.
• Ensure compliance for SAP solutions using best practices, standards, and governance tools.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a focus on SAP ERP.
• 5+ years of experience managing SAP environments as a Lead or Manager.
• 8-10 years as an SME or functional consultant in SAP MM or SAP PP.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP modules: MM, PP, FICO, SD, QM, and PS.
• Experience managing technical and functional teams in complex environments.
• Strong IT Supply Chain experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management solutions (SAP or others).
• Experience managing Governance Risk & Compliance tools like SAP GRC.
• Experience managing SAP end-user license compliance, costs, and budgets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S4Hana.
• SAP Certifications in MM, PP, S4Hana, EWM, WMS, or Project Systems.
