Description

Lead internal scripting and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives while managing a technical team. Define the automation roadmap and communicate strategic vision to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, hire, and coach subordinate staff to drive professional development.
• Act as principal developer and owner for .NET automation solutions and the RPA program.
• Lead development initiatives using VB.NET and oversee RPA governance.
• Research automation requests and recommend buy vs. build approaches for new solutions.
• Oversee automation production support, operational control, and environment maintenance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing of automation systems.
• Proficiency in VB.NET.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath RPA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience managing technical teams and coordinating staff activities.
• Ability to lead lifecycle processes, quality assurance, and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
