Description

Lead the end-to-end RPA program and serve as the principal developer for .Net automation solutions. You will manage, hire, and coach technical staff while defining the automation roadmap and communicating strategic vision to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RPA program lifecycle, including governance, production support, and environment maintenance.
• Research automation requests and recommend buy vs. build approaches for new solutions.
• Supervise and coach technical staff, coordinating daily activities and professional development.
• Define the automation roadmap and drive strategic initiatives for operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing of automation systems.
• Hands-on development experience using VB.Net.
• Proficiency with UiPath RPA tools and governance.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and professional development processes.
• Experience supporting configuration and change management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
