Description

Lead the end-to-end RPA program and serve as the principal developer for .Net automation solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RPA program lifecycle, including governance, production support, and environment maintenance.
• Research automation requests and recommend buy vs. build approaches for new solutions.
• Supervise, hire, and coach technical staff, coordinating daily activities and professional development.
• Define the automation roadmap and drive strategic initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Communicate strategic vision to senior stakeholders and support configuration and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing of automation systems.
• Hands-on development experience using VB.Net.
• Proficiency with UiPath RPA tools and governance.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and professional development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
