Description
You will act as an HR Generalist and Business Partner reporting to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple business units and support functions to drive HR strategy.
- Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Lead campus hiring initiatives and build early career programs for engineering and B-school graduates.
- Execute L&D action plans to develop functional and behavioral skills across the organization.
- Drive OD and talent management initiatives, including 360-degree feedback and people review processes.
- Manage critical projects such as manpower planning for new factory locations, induction planning, and cross-functional mobility.
- Oversee disciplinary actions, statutory compliance, and employee engagement plans.
Required Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and COE functions.
- Proven experience in OD, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Campus Hiring.
- Background working in an MNC or process-oriented manufacturing company.
- MBA in HR.
- Proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing university relations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and learn new processes quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in multi-national and matrix environments.
