Description

Lead business development for Life Sciences division services, focusing on onboarding new clients in the Pharma and Medical Device industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of Data CRO/FSP services, including clinical/statistical SAS programming, clinical data management, biostatistics, regulatory, QA, PV, and clinical operations.
• Execute account planning and develop sales funnels for consulting, staffing, FSP, and other US-based solutions.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve an annual net new revenue target of $2 million from select accounts.
• Forecast new and renewal sales on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis using CRM tools.
• Negotiate contracts, bids, SOWs, and MSAs with strategic business groups.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of direct selling experience to small, mid, and large CROs.
• Proven track record of managing $3M - $4M in annual sales with multi-year bookings.
• Deep understanding of clinical development, data management, regulatory submissions, and pharmacovigilance.
• Experience supporting sales operations, including SOW, MSA, invoicing, and collections.
• Strong background in Contract Research Organization (CRO) environments.
• Direct experience with Bid Processes and Contract Negotiation.
• Existing professional connections with decision makers in the CRO industry.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools for opportunity tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in staffing or CRO recruitment agencies.
• Knowledge of Biotechnology and Cloud Applications.
