Description

You will act as the ServiceNow module owner for the Asset Management area, driving the vision and roadmap for assigned modules.

Responsibilities

• Define the module vision and align the SMO roadmap with the ServiceNow roadmap.
• Manage the portfolio and projects within the module, including overseeing the backlog and prioritizing requests.
• Evaluate module progress and performance to ensure business service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill module requests and identify necessary features or modifications.
• Maintain deep functional knowledge of the assigned ServiceNow ecosystem area.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM Project or Product Management.
• Expertise in APM, CMDB, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro.
• Strong analytical skills for module evaluation and requirement gathering.
• Experience managing module backlogs and project portfolios.
• Proven ability to align internal roadmaps with vendor product roadmaps.
• Background in managing ServiceNow module ownership rather than technical development or administration.
• Any graduate degree.
