Description

You will own the ServiceNow IT Asset Management module, defining its vision, roadmap, and performance metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the module vision and align the Service Management Office roadmap with the ServiceNow vendor roadmap.
• Manage the module portfolio, including backlog management and request prioritization.
• Evaluate module progress and performance to ensure effective business service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill requests and identify necessary features or modifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM Project or Product Management.
• Expertise in APM, CMDB, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro.
• Proven ability to align internal roadmaps with vendor product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills for module evaluation and requirement gathering.
• Experience managing module backlogs and project portfolios.
• Background in managing ServiceNow module ownership rather than technical development or administration.
