Description

Lead the software development team through mentoring, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to corporate standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and stakeholders to define requirements, determine feasibility, and create functional specifications.
• Develop software solutions personally or by directing team members through the full software development lifecycle.
• Act as a system steward to modernize code and improve resilience, efficiency, and security.
• Analyze system flows, data usage, and work processes to investigate and resolve problem areas.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with mastery of object-oriented design.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and WebAPI.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven experience managing teams and directly managing employees.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), micro-services, and API-centric design.
• Experience in unit testing, continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD).
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AngularJS, AngularJS2, KnockoutJS, or ReactJS.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud computing solutions.
• Background in pharmacy, healthcare, HIPAA/HITRUST, or security.
