Description

Lead multiple engineering teams to build and scale an online data collection platform processing over 200 million transactions per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a distributed team of 8+ engineers, conducting performance reviews, 1-1s, and career development.
• Write code alongside your team to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Own the technical roadmap and execution, focusing on scale, performance, and reliability.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs to build lasting, scalable distributed software platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJs, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Expertise in building low latency REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of queuing and caching frameworks like NATS, MemCache, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience managing projects with remote and global team members in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, NextJs, NestJs, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Background in data, analytics, and AI/ML.
